My friend and I had just been to a feminist spoken word/poetry nig. Betting a Favorite: The odds for favorites will have a minus (-) sign, and represent the money you need to risk to win $100. So if you're betting on the Packers at -140 against the Vikings, that means Green Bay is a slight favorite. You need to risk $140 to win $100 on the Packers. If they win, you profit $100 and get your original $140 back.

Well, since you’re not down with the sex bets, how about having to do the laundry or dishes for a month, or having to wash, wax and clean the inside of the car? Or a massage? Or cook your favorite meal?

@Ansible1 I entirely agree. This is something we’ve had the same problem with for years, and we can never think of anything to bet. We always feel sorry for the chores the other one’s doing for an extended period of time and break the deal, if we go that route. Best things we found so far: last bit of ice cream, last beer, cleaning the catbox for that day.
Things To Make Bets On
My boyfriend and I play trading card games a lot, so for us I’d say the loser has to pay for the winner’s next tournament. Obviously not everyone can do this one, but you can do that with other things you do together. Bet the price of the movie ticket, dinner or something like that.
@mcbealer – Ya beat me to it! How about anything that is as much fun to do as to get, so any sort of massage, a minimal outfit of some sort, or getting to choose the subject of the next recreational outing (meaning ice hockey versus going out to eat, or something like that, because you said no sex.)
